We source our coffee beans from various distributors around the country. We make sure to get you the highest quality coffee we can while being responsibily sourced. This includes certified Fair Trade, Organic, Rain Forrest Alliance, as well as Estate and unique small lot coffees.

The coffee is roasted locally and “craftfully” on the southside of Columbia, Missouri, at 4009 Frontgate Dr., Suite 101, Columbia, MO 65203.

We are roasting coffee on a regular basis to meet the needs of our orders. All of our bags come with a date stamp letting you know how old the roast is, and we can guarantee that it will be as fresh as possible!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the coffee you purchased from us, please contact us. We will make sure to at least have a phone call, if not face-to-face interaction, and make sure you get the product you deserve!

While we recommend the beans to be ground just before brewing for the freshest taste, we know that not everyone has access to a grinder. Please specify if you want your coffee ground in your order, and we will make sure to do it for you!

Everyone’s taste buds are different. We recommend anywhere from a 14.5:1 ratio for stronger coffee to 16:1 for a more subtle flavor. Coffee is 95% water, so make sure it’s pure and filtered!
