Where do you get your coffee from?

We source our coffee beans from various distributors around the country. We make sure to get you the highest quality coffee we can while being responsibility sourced. This includes certified Fair Trade, Organic, Rain Forrest Alliance, as well as Estate and unique small lot coffees.

Where do you roast the coffee?

The coffee is roasted locally and “craftfully” on the north side of Columbia, MO on Big Bear Blvd.

How fresh will my coffee be?

We are roasting coffee on a regular basis to meet the needs of our orders. All of our bags come with a date stamp letting you know how old the roast is, and we can guarantee that it will be as fresh as possible!

Can I suggest a charity to give to?

While we would love to give to every charity possible, we’ve decided to dedicate our profits to the three main charities we’ve partnered with in order to make the most impact in our community. Our partnered charities are Central Missouri Humane Society, Great Circle, and the Youth Empowerment Zone.

How can I get more involved?

Contact us! We would love to talk with you and see what would be the best fit, or we can get you directly in touch with our charities.

What if I want to brew Camacho at my business?

We would LOVE to speak with you. Please contact Jesse. We will buy you a cup of coffee and take the time to sit down and speak with you about what you’re needing for your business.

What if I want to donate to one of the other charities you feature?

We encourage all of the people we work with to support our partnered charities. Please visit our Charities page in inquire about direct donations to each one.

Can I order three bags and choose three different charities?

We would love to donate to the charity that hits closest to your heart every time you purchase Camacho Coffee, but to keep our partnerships fair and to their full potential, we donate our givings equally to each charity. We have intentionally chosen these three charities with very different missions in order to make the largest impact in all areas of our great community!

Where can I find your coffee around town?

Camacho Coffee is growing every day! You can find our coffee exclusively at DrinKraft, Range Free, Nourish Café (pending), The Hatchery (pending), and if you present your business at 1 Million Cups you get a some beans to take home for free (pending)! (Use a link for reach venue that carry’s our coffee) If you’d like to have Camacho Coffee in your home, business, restaurant, or café, please visit our online store and wholesale page!

Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in the U.S! View our shipping rates.

What’s your return policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the coffee you purchased from us, please contact us. We will make sure to at least have a phone call, if not face-to-face interaction, and make sure you get the product you deserve!

What if I want your coffee every month?

That’s awesome! We feel honored to be considered a regular coffee roast close by at all times. Please visit our Subscription page and receive a discount! You can pick how much coffee and how often you want it delivered right to your door!

Can you cater your coffee at our event?

Absolutely! We have everything we’d need to cater your event. Please contact us and we will be in touch shortly to make sure we meet every need so your event is one for the record books!

Can you grind my beans for me?

While we recommend the beans to be ground just before brewing for the freshest taste, we know that not everyone has access to a grinder. Please specify if you want your coffee ground in your order and we will make sure to do it for you!

What's the best coffee-to-water ratio?

Everyone's taste buds are different. We recommend anywhere from a 14.5:1 ratio for stronger coffee to 16:1 for a more subtle flavor. Coffee is 95% water, so make sure it's a pure, filtered!

What's are the best brewing methods?

There are so many ways to brew coffee! Brewing plays a key role in the coffee's flavor and should be highly considered before throwing it into your electric drip coffee maker at home. The National Coffee Association has some great resources on different brewing methods. It can be found here.

Is my purchase tax-deductible?

Consult a qualified tax professional first.
Camacho Coffee is not a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization so your purchase, most likely, will not be tax-deductible. We link directly to our featured organizations donation pages. Please check with them on the deductibility of your donation.
